Inspired by the ubiquitous stray dogs lounging around the campus of Chulalongkorn University, Otto Berchem decided to make special dog collars for these creatures who roam the streets of Bangkok. It was part of the project More to Love: The Art of Living Together, organized by ArtAids, which aimed to raise awareness of HIV and Aids in Thailand.
